EXCELLENT product and service!
My experience with the HD maverick transmission from wkp was and is awesome! Not only did I get a warranty which lets me know they believe in their product, I also got my trans promptly! Every time I dealt with someone on the phone or Facebook or online it was pleasant and speedy! I couldn’t ask for better service or a better product! The trans feels strong and shifts smooth! Happy customer that will be returning!
QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
Would it for a 2016 can am outlander 850xt?
Hey Hector, This transmission would not be a direct bolt in for your unit. The rear transmission mounts would ahve to be removed and moved up. Very simple task, everything else will bolt and line up wiht no modfication.
Will it fit a 2016 renegade xmr
Yes sir! All Can am 1000 machines.
Will this transmission fit a 2013 Maverick?
Yes, this item will fit any Commander or Maverick (except X3).
Do you sell just the rear gearbox output shaft for the 6x6?
Yes sir we do, What are you calling the output shaft? We refer to the shaft connected to the rear driveshaft the output shaft. Some refer to the shaft in the cvt belt box that the secondary clutch fixes too the output when in fact that is the input. We sell both seals and o rings! Hopes this helps thanks!
I’ve recently bought a 2014 maverick xmr , and previous owner put in the mr rpm 6x6 Transmissin.. now when it is in park it is able to roll and you can hear the clicking of what sounds to be the park trying to catch .. any thoughts on what could cause this ? Thanks
We are unable to speculate on other transmissions that do not hold our name. It is be best to reach out to the buyer.
Best guess the shift drum or fork springs are weak not holding it locked in park or the teeth on the parking claw are worn.
That transmission is also verty poor quality.
I recently purchased a new oem gearbox for my 2013 maverick. Part# 420684823 Was told it’s an xmr trans, but research may be telling me different. I have had nothing but issues with transmissions since getting it. I have been looking all over for info about upgrading these things. Then managed to find your site. Curious myself, what goes into the process of doing the HD series upgrades you offer. To my trans? Price wise is it worth it for me to do? This will be the 3rd gearbox this machine has seen. And don’t want to do it again
Hey Steve, That gear box is not a %28 6x6 transmission. That is a maverick max and XDs turbo tranmsisison.
