So how reliable is the motor gonna be after doing this ?
The engine kits we offer are no less reliable than stock and in most cases more reliable built and tuned properly as the componets are stronger matrial, as well as better tolerances not being mass produced.
So I know stock is 38 so how much would u gain off this I already have aftermarket air flirter and dalton clucth kit and plan to ehust too
A good rule of thumb is 5 rwhp per 100cc change to the engine wiht no other supporting modfications. This kit being a bump in comp from stock will net more than that as wella s stronger power curve, 5-10 rwhp but the gains below peak will be larger.
2020 can am outlander 450 L stock hp is rated at 38+/- . After this kit what is it rated then? Will this kit work with stock programming? Do you have dyno sheet or video?
We do not estimate HP as there are too many variables and combinations of supporting modfications that change this.
Good rule of thumb no other changes tuned properly 5hp per 100 ccs gain over stock. This can be a much higher number changing throttle body, cams, heads, etc. No stock programming will never be correct with major changes to the intak system, exhaust, or engine. This will have to be tuned via PC5 and AFR module they call "auto tune". We can setup and ship to tune remotly very easily.
