Not perfect, but dedicated to making things right

The item works great, but it took nearly a month to get it, and when I did I was contacted and asked to send it back because something wasn't right. I also was not shipped all of my parts. The item was repaired correctly and sent back to me in double quick time with all of the parts the 2nd try. You also need to get the customer service phone working a little better. Out of the 50+ times I called over the course of our transaction I only got an answer 2 times.

i HAVE A 2010 CAN AM OUTLANDER WHEN i ORDERED KIT i GOT TWO O- RINGS I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THEY WOULD GO .. CAN YOU HELP ? CLUELESS

The larger o-ring is for the center case. The other small o-ring is for the pinion gear.
