Wiseco custom piston features: pistons 3D forged for lowest weight possible without sacrificing strength, fully boxed and strutted for superior strength and weight, DLC coated piston pin for reduced friction and heat, titanium nitride coated ring package for highest strength, wear, and sealing properties, prevents micro welding with high compression, nitrous, and turbo applications, armor plating coating that strengths the piston as operating temps increase from compression, nitrous, and turbo applications, armor glide skirt coating is a permanent coating to protect against debris, heat, and cold start wear, slipper skirt piston for reduced drag, lateral gas porting top ring groove reduces high rpm ring flutter, and reduces blow by to under 2 %, allows cylinder pressure from compression stroke, and power stroke to press the top compression ring flat and square in the cylinder bore. This creates the best possible seal and wear properties.

Cylinder features: torque plate bored and honed to match distortion when engine is in assembled form under the torque of the head bolts or studs, cometic head and base gaskets for the best quality, reliability and seal.
