This is an aftermarket Can-Am tool used for holding the cam in place for timing and tightening of the camshaft sprocket bolts.
How are you supposed to use this tool? Factory manual is useless with this. A pdf would be great. Bought this tool after an engine rebuild.
Hey Charles, You lock it into the camshaft key flat and level it with the cylinder head valve cover gasket sealing face.
