With the rising popularity of aftermarket stereo, lighting, and other accessory installations on UTVs, Polaris RZR
racers and enthusiasts are finding the 40Amp OEM Polaris charging system to be inadequate. To solve this problem,
Kraftwerks Offroad has developed the Pro Race Alternator Kit for the Polaris RZR 1000XP and RZR Turbo/TurboS
models that deliver an additional 60Amps* of power; bringing total power output to 100Amps. Designed for off-road racers and enthusiasts, Kraftwerks Pro-Race Alternator Kit is engineered to deliver reliable power
under the harshest conditions. At the center of the kit is a custom designed CNC billet machined stator cover that retains and
seals the new external alternator drive system, and serves as a rigid base for the ultra-compact 1-wire racing alternator
to mount to. All CNC machined aluminum components are anodized for added corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
For ease of installation, the kit comes with detailed instructions, plug-n-play alternator harness, v-belt, hard anodized pulleys,
e-coated hard coolant lines and/or silicone hoses, new gaskets, and high-quality hardware.
