Power Vision 3 "PV3": We are receiving a lot of data logs from customers with PV3 devices shops selling this device are relabeling dynojet tunes they offer for free as “their” shops tunes and up-charging for “their” custom tunes. Also many tables are not edited at all over stock that dramatically affect performance some as simple as commanded lambda / AFR tables, ignition timing, as well as driver request vs available trq command tables. We often see the only things edited are two fan tables and the TPS vs throttle body percent table this can give the feel the unit is making more power but all thats really happening is the actual electronic throttle body is open quicker vs TPS than normal and also if not done right you will feel no change in acceleration or power at a certain pedal position to 100% as the actual TPS is 100% open prior to the pedal being at 100%. You might also experience some check engine codes for throttle body if not calibrated correctly.
