What Is a Damaged Package?

A damaged package is a shipment that arrives with torn packaging, crushed packaging, opened packaging, or damaged merchandise.

Reorder Using an Alternate Shipping Method

If you need the items immediately, you may place a new order using an alternate shipping method. If the original shipment is eligible for return, it may be returned for a refund. Refunds are issued after the package is received back at our warehouse, minus applicable shipping charges.

Document the Damage

Take clear photos of all sides of the package, the shipping label, the packing materials, and the damaged merchandise. Keep all original shipping materials, including the box, packaging, inserts, and damaged items.

Contact Us to Start a Shipping Claim

Contact Warranty Killer Performance to begin the shipping claim process with the carrier. Once the claim has been reviewed and paid by the carrier, we can reship the affected item(s).

Warranty Killer Performance cannot issue refunds, cancel orders, or reship damaged shipment claims until the proper claim process has been completed with the shipping carrier.
