Delayed Shipments
Learn what to do when a package is still in transit but has not arrived by the estimated or guaranteed delivery date.
What Is a Delayed Package?
A delayed package is a shipment that is still showing in transit with the carrier but has not arrived by the estimated or guaranteed delivery date.
Steps to Locate Your Package
Track Your Package
Use the carrier’s website to track your shipment using your tracking number.
Contact the Shipping Carrier
Call the carrier directly and speak with a representative for the most accurate package location information.
Reminder: Most carrier phone systems are automated. Usually once the automated system starts speaking, you can press “0” and repeat the process until you are directed to a representative.
Options for Receiving Your Package
Reorder With an Alternate Shipping Method
If you are in a time crunch and need the items quickly, you may reorder the items using an alternate shipping method. Once the original shipment arrives, it can be returned for a refund. Refunds are issued after the package is received back at our warehouse, minus shipping charges.
Wait for Delivery or Carrier Determination
You may wait for the package to arrive or for the shipping carrier to officially declare the shipment lost or missing.
Request a Shipping Claim
Contact us to open a shipping claim through the carrier. Once the claim has been paid, we can reship your item(s). Carrier claims may take up to 30 business days to process with claim investigators.
