Lost Shipments

Learn what qualifies as a lost shipment and what options are available when a package has been declared lost or missing by a shipping carrier.

What Is a Lost Package?

A lost package is a shipment that remains in transit but has not had any tracking activity for 14 days or more, or has been officially declared lost or missing by the shipping carrier.

What Are My Options?

1

Reorder Using an Alternate Shipping Method

If you need the items immediately, you may place a new order using an alternate shipping method. If the original shipment eventually arrives, it may be returned for a refund. Refunds are issued after the package is received back at our warehouse, minus applicable shipping charges.

2

Wait for Carrier Reimbursement

Once the shipping carrier completes its investigation and reimburses the shipment claim, Warranty Killer Performance can reship the affected item(s).

Shipping carrier investigations and claim processing times vary and may take several business days or weeks depending on the carrier and circumstances.

Warranty Killer Performance cannot issue refunds, cancel orders, or reship items while packages are still considered in transit, even if delivery is delayed.
