Marketing Manager / Sales Director
OVERVIEW
As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately sales conversion. You will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to align on goals, track performance, and implement new initiatives that support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, both online and offline.Assist in content creation for websites, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including inbound and outbound marketing tactics.Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoff and follow-up.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into loyal customers.
Customer Engagement
Manage customer relationships by providing personalized service, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and product demos.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.Provide actionable insights to the team based on data and market analysis.
Reporting & Metrics
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efforts, adjusting tactics to meet targets.Maintain CRM and other systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Creative mindset with a passion for customer engagement and brand growth.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with B2B or B2C sales cycles.Knowledge of content management systems (Druple, Shopify, etc.).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus.
