Recommendations


Use a trackable shipping service such as: UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL Express.
Ensure your package has insurance coverage, should your items get lost or damaged during shipping this will protect you.
Always package item(s) individually, neatly and securely using padding, bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Carriers require 2 inches of padding around each item to qualify for insurance.
Ensure any liquids (i.e. oil, water, grease, etc.) is drained and removed prior to packaging and shipping. Leaks cause shipping boxes to break down, thus damaging your shipment.
Include a piece of paper with your name, phone, email, shipping address and order number (if possible).

Not Recommended


Do not ship items without a trackable service. Should your items get lost or not arrive, we have no proof to investigate the claim and will not replace your items.
Do not use flimsy or weak packaging materials (i.e. newspaper, clothing, plastic tubs, towels, etc.).
Do not ship liquids or hazardous materials.

How Long Does Services / Repairs Take


The service/repair is completely dependent on the amount of work in line and availability of third party repair shops (if needed) to help complete the task.

Will I Get Notifications


Yes, via email only. As soon as your package arrives you will get your first email confirming receipt of item(s). Your next status update emails will contain information for the production of your service/repair. Once your item(s) are ready to ship you will get another email confirming it.

How To Obtain Services


To obtain the services, the customer is responsible for delivering the complete product via prepaid transport to:
