Same Day Shipping
Orders with in-stock parts placed by 3:00 PM CST on a weekday are eligible to ship the same business day.
Items listed as “low stock” or “contact us for availability” are not guaranteed for same-day shipping.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all orders over $750.
UPS Notes
UPS does not ship to PO boxes. If your order’s shipping address is a PO box, USPS will become the primary shipping carrier for your package.
An equivalent level of service will be used when possible. For example, UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air may be replaced with USPS Priority Express, while UPS Ground may be replaced with USPS Priority.
