They are Bluetooth controlled via the Bledim app and are user-programmable. These whips can be any color, pattern, etc. The LEDs can "dance" to music through the app. You can utilize as a turn signal and/or brake light if you want. Pair these whips to our halo lights, fang lights and/or rock lights. Comes with one controller and one "Y" harness. Due to different wiring options, our power harness is not included with this set.
