Our aluminum impeller is a performance upgrade and preventative maintenance item designed to protect the water pump from the OEM plastic impeller deforming and sometimes falling apart. This item replaces the Can Am OEM impeller, part #: 420222505 (Water Impeller).

Plastic Impeller Removal
- Unthread the impeller and takeoff. This will not cause damage to the plastic gears behind this.
Aluminum Impeller Install
- Thread the impeller on. There is no need to use loc-tite since the water pump rotates the impeller and tightens it down while activated.
