When doing so this service is not needed or free as we get this tech form mostly from consumers buying and not happy with the off the shelf calibration from the clutch manufacture or clutch kit from a reseller.
This service is for our experienced tech team to help diagnose / recalibrated your issues / request remotely so the unit does not have to sit in a shop or dealership for x amount of time. This is also the cheapest route vs shop labor rates and minimums for diagnostics. We guarantee with this info and anymore our team request we can provide you with the most efficient route to diagnose your unit without parts changing as most shops / dealerships do. We will give you step by step instructions on things to check and report back the findings till we have your issue diagnosed and resolved. We have all the proper OEM / aftermarket diagnostics equipment should we need to rent you out tools or electronics for data logging to diagnose your issue. This service is for roughly 30 minutes of one on one time with a tech via email, remote computer login, phone or FaceTime if necessary. If we fix your simple issue in less time then we offer up to %50 refund on this service time. It is important the more info you send us on your issue photos, videos etc cuts down on service time used. So please provide us with the most and more importantly accurate information you can. Should this clutch tech form / estimate lead to a purchase of clutch kit, rebuild components or WKP rebuilding a clutch we credit this service to the order.
Clutch recalibration: If you already have an existing clutch setup and have made changes to the unit that require a calibration change and it only consist of instructions via email on how to adjust the weights that is the only specific info that will be released via email. If the setup needs springs, helix, or weights that specific info on what is need or is being sold out will not be released via email. This is to protect our proprietary calibrations and years of in house dyno testing as well as field testing on our calibrations. We guarantee our calibrations to address your issues, or meet your expectations / user requested characteristics of the calibration. If we can not meet your characteristics or what we feel is optimal vs budget or expectations we will give a detailed explanation of why as 99% of the time clutching has trade offs tailored for specific units, applications, and intended use there is no perfect calibration to be optimal for all units, setups, intended use and user preference. We will always explain what we are sending out will achieve and why vs what the issues are with your current setup and why. Clutching in most cases are like a boat prop and camshafts there is always a little trade off on other riding styles and intended use when calibrated for a specific one. The larger the tire, the higher the load of the intended use is usually more trade off in one area or another.
All issues have to have photos and videos explaining what is going on, along with clear measurements or any detailed data needed, for us to answer the question or the request will not be responded promptly.

Shift Out: This is what RPM the unit averages at WOT in 4x4 select the gear appropriate for your setup if your tires are too large to run in high or select both if you intend to use both gear ranges. 4x4 low or high wide open throttle pull what RPM is constant on the dash for most of the WOT pull. Sending a video of the dash during a WOT pull 4x4 high or low is best. If you have a device to data log email us a data log.
Stall / Engagement High and Low: This is at what point the clutch engages the belt and starts to move the machine in high and low under normal throttle take off conditions.
