The factory intercooler fan and shroud on your supercharged Kawasaki H2 simply can’t keep up when you’re hammering it in the dunes, desert heat, or aggressive riding. High intake air temperatures (IAT) cause the ECU to pull power to protect the engine robbing you of performance exactly when you need it most.

Our Stage 1 Brushless Intercooler Fan and Custom Sealed Shroud delivers a serious upgrade. Our 10", 10-blade brushless fan flows up to 1250 CFM which is roughly 20% more airflow than the stock 9" brushed fan. At the same time, it draws only 6 amps at 13.5V, offering about 15% better electrical efficiency and putting far less strain on your charging system.

We engineered a custom shroud with premium EPDM foam seals that creates a complete airtight seal to the factory intercooler. The stock shroud leaks air around the edges, wasting fan effort on hot bypass air instead of forcing it through the core. Our kit ensures 100% of the airflow is pulled through the intercooler, so you get no leaks, and maximum cooling efficiency.

After passing through the intercooler, the increased volume of air is then pushed by the fan blades directly across the top of the engine. This extra airflow helps the engine itself run noticeably cooler, especially during extended hard use in hot conditions.

Installation is effortless as it uses the factory intercooler plugs for true plug & play fitment. A built in soft ramp power supply starts the fan at just 1 amp and smoothly ramps up, eliminating harsh amperage spikes and reducing load on your electrical system. The fan and shroud mount directly to the factory intercooler with no modifications required. All hardware, wire clamps, and seals are included.

The results are dramatic:
