Polaris Starter Sprague

Why would a starter sorague get stuck ?

The stater sprague will eventully wear out due to poor qulity oils, not servicing fluids, contaminets from water, being sunk etc, higher compresson engines put more load on the sprague also. This is just a common wear item we offer at well below retail. They are good preventaive maintence if you are already in the engine or stator cover to go ahead and replace etc.
