HMF Racing Polaris RZR 800/S 800- Titan-XL-Series Full System 11-14

he Polaris RZR 800 HMF system is available as a Single Full system in the Titan QS and Titan XL Series. The Single Full System picks up 10-15% more horse power throughout the power curve, and includes a heat sheild for protection.  Additionally, the stainless steel system weigh substantially less than the stock exhaust.

(2011-2012) RZR 800:  Must use an HMF Optimizer as they run entirely too lean without one.

AFTERMARKET SHOCKS NOTICE: The Dual Exhaust system is designed for stock shocks and will not fit properly with aftermarket shocks. Aftermarket shocks require the HMF Titan QS and Titan XL Series to fit properly.

Fuel Tuning is absolutely required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. Failure to tune the engine can cause excessive damage to the exhaust system and engine, while voiding the warranty on your exhaust and possibly on your machine. (check with local dealer).
