Hello, what size are you inquiring about?

Is the bore size 94mm in this kit? If it is, are you getting the 436 size by adding a higher compression piston?

We do not release our bore sizes, our kits are true displacment so if they are stated higher cc then the bore size is increased.

Comp ratio does not increase displacment.

Does Can Am 450 Big Bore Kit fit a 2019 Defender HD5? Also does it need to be tuned?

Hey Simon, That is correct and yes anytime any engine modfications are made the unit has to be calibrated for those modfications. We would need to see if we can get PV3 to support that unit or we would ahve to use a PC6. Please email the tech deparment when you are ready to look into this. Thanks!
