Closure of Service Department 0

Since 2011 Warranty Killer Performance has provided exceptional service and parts to customers all across the northwest Louisiana market. With the expansion of our online store, which debuted in 2016, helped boost our sales and outreach to customers all across the nation. As four wheelers and side by sides continue to roll into our 8,000 sq. ft facility for smaller servicing needs such as: oil changes, diagnostics, leaks, etc. we are unable to efficiently complete these jobs while maintaining an online store. The virtual boom in online growth has caused a greater need for more staffing in our shipping and receiving departments as well as our sales and purchasing teamsDue to these reasons we will be ceasing operations in our service department once all jobs are completed.

New Product Labels 0

Warranty Killer Performance is constantly innovating our products and providing the best customer experience in the industry. As a customer the first thing you may look at is the product package. We package our products in a thick 8 mil clear poly bag that is heat sealed on both ends to protect the merchandise from dirty contaminants and resists tears. Product labels with part numbers and descriptions are printed on every product. Made in USA labels are also provided on parts that are made in the United States of America. This packaging material is very effect at holding our products as well as aesthetically pleasing. Although our products are not PDQ or clip strip friendly - vendors are able to store merchandise in part bins.

What's new with our labels?

  • Manufacturing dates are now listed (Ex: MFG DATE: 01/2019)
  • Barcodes are now added that link to part numbers (Ex: WKP-PART)
  • Larger font for product descriptions (Up to 90 characters)
  • Smaller WKP logo to conserve as much space

When do the new labels go into effect?

  • Thursday, February 21, 2019 - All new packaged merchandise will have these labels. Old labels on merchandise may take a few months to sell out.

Our offices and shop will be closed for the entire week of May 7-11, 2018. Normal operations will continue the following week on May 14, 2018. We urge anyone needing parts immediately or during this timeframe to order 1-2 weeks before this date. This allows our team to process your order and ship it out. Any orders placed during this timeframe will be placed in our order queue and fulfilled, if possible, on the following business day that we are open.

When do you re-open? Monday, May 14, 2018
When will my order ship? Any item(s) "In Stock" will ship the following business day that we're open, which is May 14, 2018. All other item(s) will be processed as normal.
Can I overnight a item? Yes/No, unfortunately our office will be closed and your order will NOT ship despite any shipping you choose or dates that are shown. If you choose overnight shipping your order will ship that method as soon as we are back open.
Can I get a refund for my order? No, we're closed and nobody can issue a refund until we are back open.
