SENDING YOUR CORE ITEM(S) IN FOR RETURN
Any order that requires your core item(s) to be returned at our facility will need to be shipped or dropped off following the steps/rules below. If you have any questions please "Contact Us".

SHIPPING
If you are shipping an item(s) to our facility please follow these steps/rules.
    • - UPS, FEDEX, or USPS is recommended for tracking your item(s) to Warranty Killer Performance
    • - Always package your item(s) neatly and securely with padding/bubble wrap/etc.
    • - If you are shipping any item(s) with liquids (including: water, oil, grease, etc.) please drain/remove prior to shipping. Leaks can cause shipping boxes to break down, thus damaging your item(s) during the shipping process.
    • - You must include your Name, Return Shipping Address and Invoice # inside your box. If this is missing your servicing/repairs will be delayed.
    • - Upon inspection, if any item(s) are damaged you will be notified immediately before any servicing/repairs are started. If needed a claim will be made to the appropriate shipper.
    • - Shipping charges will not be refunded from Warranty Killer Performance

DROPPING OFF
If you are dropping off your item(s) to our facility please follow these steps/rules.
    • - Remove any liquids (including: water, oil, grease, etc.) prior to dropping off.
    • - Include your Name, Shipping Address and Invoice # on your drop off form.
    • - Upon inspection, if any item(s) are damaged you will be notified immediately before any servicing/repairs are started.
