Same Day Shipping

We guarantee for any order with parts that are in stock if ordered by 3pm CST during any week day that your order will ship out same business day. Items that are listed as "low stock" or "contact us for availability" are not guaranteed same day shipping.

A signature is required upon delivery of your items for all orders over $750.

Refunds

No refunds are given for shipping and handling.


Claims

In response to the claim for missing content(s) or damaged item(s), you will present the item(s) and mailing container including the wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received, along with this letter, to a Post Office for inspection within 20 days. The USPS representative will login to "MyPO" and complete a PS-3831 form for you. The PS-3831 form is a receipt and they will keep the contents until the claim is closed. Once done the USPS representative will complete a PS-2856 form. That will be submitted to USPS by the USPS representative. Once the claim is reviewed it will be approved or denied.
